Homeowner Dues Payment Information

Montage at Mission Hills Homeowners Association dues are paid monthly. A portion of Association dues is used to fund the management, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Association property assets. Another portion is used to pay for the Mission Hills Country Club Social and Fitness membership.

Association dues are reviewed annually and are subject to change. Homeowners are notified of dues changes by an annual letter sent in November. A monthly coupon booklet is provided to facilitate pay by mail dues payments. Association dues changes become effective January 1.

There are three options for payment of your Association dues. Homeowners may use 1) the online banking services of their bank to set up an online bill payment payee; 2) make payment with an automatic payment, credit or debit card through PayLease; or 3) make payment by enclosing the monthly coupon along with a check or money order and mailing to Pacific Western Bank in the City of Industry. Instructions to assist you with setting up these methods are provided below.

Members should note that when changes in Association dues are made it will be necessary to update the amount of the automatic withdrawal to assure that the correct dues payment amount is made and no late fee is assessed. Members are responsible to make necessary banking and payment updates when there is a change in annual assessment, or when there is a special assessment, a violation or any other change.


 

Pay by Online Bill Payment Services

If you wish to establish online bill payment through your bank for the monthly payment of your HOA dues (typically no service charge) you can usually make these arrangements using your Bank’s online banking services at the Bank’s website. You may want to call the Bank for support and assistance with this process if you are not familiar with online bill payment services.

In establishing an online payment with your Bank please reference your account number preceded by the Personalized Property Management number (136) for the Association (example136*XXX (or 136 XXX if your bank will not accept symbols) on your payment). Your bank will issue a check that is mailed to the HOA Bank. Please set up as an Electronic Check and not an Auto Debit if you are presented with that option.

Pay by Automatic Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card Services

To establish an automatic transfer or credit or debit card payment you may use PayLease. A small service fee is charged for using PayLease. You may access PayLease from the Personalized Property Management website at www.ppminternet.com. From this site click on Make An Online Payment link to reach the PayLease website. To create an account, please use the following information:

Monthly assessment: $240.00
Due on the first, late after the 15th of the month (10% late charge + $8.00 fee applies)

Your account number: (example 136*XXX where the XXX is your account number)

Last name on account: Please give name as it appears on statement or coupon booklet you receive annually.

 Pay by Check or Money Order

You are welcome to mail a check or money order along with your monthly coupon to Pacific Western Bank. Please do not send payments to Personalized Property Management, as they do not accept payments and your payment will have to be forwarded to Pacific Western Bank resulting in a delay in your deposit.
