Personalized Property Management

The Montage at Mission Hills Homeowners Association is professionally managed by Personalized Property Management (PPM). The hours of operation for PPM are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (closed 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch). There is a 24/7 answering service available during closed hours. The answering service will take information and direct it to the appropriate PPM staff member for response or resolution. In the event you phone and receive voicemail, please leave a message, as all voicemail is logged to assure a return phone call and follow-up.

Mr. Evans provides support for Ms. Ruegsegger in implementing directions from the Board of Directors on Montage at Mission Hills matters, and is the secondary contact for the Association.


Maintenance: Mark See msee@ppminternet.com

Mr. See is responsible for receiving and responding to Association and homeowner requests for maintenance associated with Association-owned improvements, landscape and lighting. Homeowner requests are logged into a Maintenance Management System for tracking—a work order is created to actuate work, reference status, and for invoicing.


Gates: Heidi Grasl hgrasl@ppminternet.com

Ms. Grasl is responsible for addressing matters related to the operation and maintenance of gates, including gate codes and the gate kiosk directory.


Accounting: Karina Villasenor villasenor@ppminternet.com

Ms. Villasenor is responsible for generating billing statements for the collection of homeowner assessments, processing new owner Welcome packages, and posting owner’s payments to their accounts.
