2019 ASSOCIATION ELECTION RESULTS

March 27, 2019

Thank you to those that submitted ballots for the Election at the 2019 Annual Homeowners Meeting. A total of 87 ballots were received which established a quorum to hold the annual members meeting.

VOTING  RESULTS

The results of the Election were as follows:

(A) Election of Directors: Tony Michaelis 63 Votes;  Gary Roman– 63 Votes; Tom Tousignant 63 Votes

(B) IRS Revenue Ruling: Approve 61 Votes Not Approved 0 Votes

(C) Approval of the 2018 Meeting Minutes:  Approve 62 Votes Not Approved 0 Votes

ASSOCIATION OFFICERS

Following the conclusion of the Annual Homeowner Meeting the new Board of Directors convened to a brief organizational meeting. At that meeting it was agreed by a unanimous vote that the Officers for 2019-2020 would be as follows:

President Tom Tousignant

Vice President Alan Horwitz

Secretary Tony Michaelis

Treasurer Curt Beyer

Director at Large Gary Roman
