How do I pay my Association Dues?
- Homeowners may use the online banking services of their bank to set up an online bill payment payee;
- Make payment with an automatic payment, credit or debit card through PayLease; or
- Make payment by enclosing the monthly coupon along with a check or money order and mailing to Pacific Western Bank in the City of Industry. Instructions to assist you with setting up these methods are provided below.
Members should note that when changes in Association dues are made it will be necessary to update the amount of the automatic draw to assure that the correct dues payment amount is made and no late fee is assessed. Dues changes go into effect on January 1 of each year. Members are responsible to make necessary banking and payment updates when there is a change in annual assessment, or when there is a special assessment, a violation or any other change.

Where do I mail my Association dues ?
The address for mailing dues is as follows:

You will need your Account Number on your check for acceptance. Without this, and a coupon, your payment may be rejected. Lack of a coupon booklet does not negate the need to pay your dues:

Is there a way I can set up dues payment by automatic transfer, debit card or credit card services?
- Monthly assessment: $175.00
- Due on first, late after the 15th (10% late charge + $8.00 fee applies)
- Your account number: (example 136*XXX where XXX is your account number)
- Last name on account: Please give name as it appears on statement or coupon booklet you receive annually.
