2026 ASSOCIATION ELECTION RESULTS
Nominations for three HOA Board positions opened in September and closed on December 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The call for nominations was posted in the September and November newsletters, and three solicitation emails were sent to the membership in October, November, and December. Information about the election was posted contemporaneously on the Montage website’s Elections page.
The Inspector of Elections reviewed nominations as they were received, and a letter acknowledging receipt was sent to each candidate. Two Board applications were received during the nomination period. All candidates were incumbents and qualified to be reappointed. The Inspector confirmed that all candidates met the qualifications established by the Board as set out in the Montage Election Rules and State law and reported the results to the Board at the January 2025 Board meeting.
The Montage Election Rules provide for an “Election by Acclamation” should the number of qualified applicants be less than or equal to the number of positions open for election. The conditions for an election by acclamation were met.
The election results were reported to the membership in the January newsletter and recorded in the January 10, Board meeting minutes. The current Board members remain seated until replaced by a motion seating the Board member approved by the Board for each newly elected Board member.
The election results were approved at the March 14 regular Board Meeting, and the 2025/2026 Board was introduced to the membership at the Annual Block Party Social on March 15.

Sue Johnson – Elected by Acclamation
Gary Roman – Elected by Acclamation
Association Officers
Following the conclusion of the Annual Homeowner Meeting, the new Board of Directors convened and elected officers for the 2025-2026 year. The results of the election are as follows:
President – Tony Michaelis
Vice President – Norm Giere
Secretary – Sue Johnson
Treasurer – Thomas Harp
Director at Large – Gary Roman
