2022 ASSOCIATION ELECTION RESULTS
Thank you to those that submitted ballots for the Election at the 2022 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The annual meeting was called to order virtually on Zoom on March 19, 2022, at 9:30 A.M. with approximately 25 members in attendance online. The Inspector of Elections reported that ninety-two (92) ballots were received. The required number of ballots to establish a meeting quorum is thirty-two (32). A quorum having been established President Michaelis closed the balloting at 9:50 A.M.
The Inspector of Elections having counted the votes reported at approximately 11:00 A.M. that ninety-one (91) ballots were deemed qualified. One ballot was received without signature. Of the 91 ballots that were qualified to be open, One ballot was disqualified for having been completed incorrectly. Ninety (90) ballots were counted.

2022 – 2023 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS
The results of the Election of of the Board of Directors (Top two vote-getters win):
Norm Giere – 78 Votes
Thomas Harp – 72 Votes
Alan Horwitz – 28 Votes
There was one write-in vote cast for Scott Reese – 1 Vote.
Norm Giere and Thomas Harp were elected to serve two year terms on the Board.
IRS RULING 70-604 RESOLUTION
The ballot included a resolution to that pursuant to IRS Ruling 70-604 any excess in operationing income over operating expenses for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 be applied against the subsequent tax year. The results of that resolution were as follows:
Approve 84 Votes; Not Approved 1 Vote.
ASSOCIATION OFFICERS
Following the conclusion of the Annual Homeowner Meeting, the new Board of Directors convened and elected officers for the 2022-2023 year. The results of the election are as follows:
President – Tony Michaelis
Vice President – Norm Giere
Secretary – Tom Tousignant
Treasurer – Thomas Harp
Director at Large – Gary Roman
