2021 ASSOCIATION ELECTION RESULTS

Thank you to those that submitted ballots for the Election at the 2021 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The annual meeting was called to order virtually on Zoom on March 20, 2021 at 10:00a and with approximately 35 members  in attendance on line.  With the required number of ballots to establish a quorum (32) having been achieved the balloting was closed.  Eighty-two (82) ballots were received.  Eighty-one (81) ballots were deemed qualified.  One ballot was received without signature.   Of the 81 ballots that were qualified to be open, two ballots were disqualified for having been completed incorrectly.  Seventy-nine (79) ballots were counted.

2021 –  2022 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION  RESULTS

The results of the Election were as follows: (A) Election of Directors (Top three vote-getters win):   Tony Michaelis 69 Votes; Gary Roman 64 Votes;  Tom Tousignant 53  Votes and Leo Schlesinger 35 Votes:

(B) IRS Revenue Ruling: Approve 70 Votes;  Not Approved 4 Votes

(C) Approval of the 2018 Meeting Minutes:  Approve 74 Votes;  Not Approved 2 Votes

ASSOCIATION OFFICERS

Following the conclusion of the Annual Homeowner Meeting the new Board of Directors convened and elected officers for the 2021-2022 year. The results of the election are as follows:

President – Tony Michaelis

Vice President – Norm Giere

Secretary – Curt Beyer

Treasurer – Tom Tousignant

Director at Large – Gary Roman
