New Opportunities For Friendship and Involvement
Residents of Montage at Mission Hills are local working professionals or retired professionals from around the country and continent. The development contains a rich diversity of backgrounds, professions, interests, and lifestyles providing a wonderful source for establishing new and continuing friendships. The Montage at Mission Hills Homeowners Association was formed and incorporated in 2000 as a non-profit cooperative corporation, under the provisions of Title XII of Part IV of Division First of the Civil Code, State of California.
Homeowners Association Membership
The association was created to manage the business affairs of the Montage neighborhood and ensure that the property values and quality of life for all Montage homeowners would be protected and enhanced. All homeowners within Montage are members of the HOA. Each year, the members of the Association elect two or three members of a five-member Board of Directors to represent the Montage homeowners in matters affecting the community. The Directors are volunteers from the community who are willing to devote their time to conduct the business of the HOA (day-to-day operations, budget development, long-range planning, etc.) and represent the interests of members through the enforcement of the CC&Rs. The Bylaws of the corporation outline procedures for conducting meetings and functions of the Board of Directors and the CC&Rs serve as the framework for all conduct within the association and decisions by the Board of Directors.
Mission Hills Country Club Membership
Residents of Montage also hold a membership at the Mission Hills Country Club, paid as part of their Homeowners Association monthly dues. The membership includes dining, fitness and tennis privileges and provides residents the opportunity to take part in recreational programs and special events with options for securing golfing benefits (full golf benefits not included with Sports Membership).. Mission Hills Country Club is one of the Valley’s oldest and most prestigious country clubs, former home of annual LPGA events and now home of Men’s Tour Championship Events, and is part of InvitedClubs. Dallas-based InvitedClubs owns or operates more than 200 golf and country clubs, business clubs, sports clubs and alumni clubs in 26 states, the District of Columbia and two foreign countries. Montage residents are eligible to enroll in additional paid membership categories with increased privileges at InvitedClubs properties.
