Board Appoints Inspector of Elections
At the September 11, 2020 Board Meeting, the Montage Board appointed Scott Reese as Inspector of Elections for the 2021 Board of Directors Election to be held on March 20, 2021. This will be the third time Mr. Reese has served in this capacity. Mr. Reese will be assisted by Shelly Ruegger of PPM. Board of Directors Nominations
Nominations for the Board of Directors Opened September 1. There are five Board positions. Three Board positions are elected in odd-numbered years and two positions are elected in even-numbered years. Board members are elected for two-year terms. There are no term limits for Board Members. Individuals interested in being nominated or in self-nominating themselves must complete a Board Nomination Form and submit the form along with a brief candidate’s statement and an electronic image/picture of themselves. Nominations for the Board close in late December. Ballots will be distributed in mid-February and are due by the March General Membership Meeting.

2021 Election Schedule
At their September 11th meeting, the Board set March 20, 2021, for the Annual Homeowner Meeting and Election. To comply with State law and our Membership Meeting and Voting Rules the following dates/events are forthcoming. Dates are approximate and subject to change. Please contact the property management company or current board members with questions regarding the election calendar.

January 15th thru Voter list available for viewing. (Homeowners may review the accuracy of their individual information on the voter
February 15th list at Personalize Property Management Offices.)
February 15th Ballots mailed to Voters
March 20th Ballots Due – Annual Homeowner Meeting and opening of the ballots
