Board Appoints Scott Reese as Inspector of Elections
At the September 11, 2020 Board Meeting, the Montage Board appointed Scott Reese as Inspector of Elections for the 2021 Board of Directors Election to be held on March 20, 2021. This will be the third time Mr. Reese has served in this capacity. Mr. Reese will be assisted by Shelly Ruegger of PPM. Board of Directors Nominations Open October 1
Nominations for the Board of Directors Open September 1. Three Board positions will be elected in 2021. Individuals interested in being nominated or in self-nominating themselves must complete a Board Nomination Form and submit the form along with a brief candidate’s statement and an electronic image/picture of themselves. Nominations for the Board close December 30, 2020. Ballots will be distributed in mid-February and are due by the March 20 General meeting.

2021 Election Schedule
At their September 11th meeting, the Board set March 20, 2021 for the Annual Homeowner Meeting and Election. To comply with State law and our Membership Meeting and Voting Rules the following dates/events are forthcoming. Dates are approxiamate and subject to change. Please contact the property management company or current board members with questions regarding the election calendar.

October 1st Distribution of Self Nomination Forms (there will be 3 Board positions elected)
November 13th Board approve the owner voter list
December 30th Board Nomination Forms Due to PPM
January 8th Board approve ballot for election at Annual Homeowner Meeting
January 15th thru Voter list posted on website January 15th
February 15th (Homeowners may review accuracy of their individual information on voter list)
February 15th Ballots mailed to Voters
March 20th Ballots Due – Annual Homeowner Meeting and opening of the ballots
